This role is based in Madrid and reports into the Claims Manager for Spain.
Key responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to own and handle ACE European defined complex claims received within Casualty. You will be required to:
- ensure accurate assessment and proactive management of Claims within personal settlement authority limits
- provide support and assist development of non-complex/ operational claims handlers
- ensure all incoming call enquiries are handled in an efficient, expedient and customer focus way, providing the customer with a professional service at all times
Requerimientos:
Requirements
Essential:
- At least 5/6 years managing casualty complex claims for, preferably, a multinational Insurance company
- Used to work in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish insurance market.
- Good communication skills.
- Can Do attitude
- Team worker.
- Advance user of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in Spanish & English both written and spoken
- Degree in Law, Business Administration or similar
Desirable
- Portuguese language skills
